#### Glute Strengthening + Hip Mobility Session Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout. Toward the conclusion of the class, we will integrate some static stretches to enhance the effects. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up for a more intense strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Engaging in mobility work is essential for sustaining a body that performs at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better results in your other workouts too.
