#### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement. Towards the conclusion of the class, we’ll add a few static stretches to truly enhance the work. However, if you are using this class as a warm-up for an extended strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles engaged.
