### What to Anticipate in This Class
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement throughout the class. Toward the conclusion, we’ll take it down a notch with a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
