#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility sequence to the next. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches to really enhance the work. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and avoiding injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you may notice better performance in your other workouts.
