#### What to Anticipate in the Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles prepared for continued activity.

Mobility training is essential for ensuring a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts.
