#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this session, we will move seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to the next. Toward the end, we will include a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a protracted warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Mobility training is crucial for keeping a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you will likely see better results in your other fitness routines.
