### Hip Flexibility + Glute Activation Session

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip flexibility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as a longer warm-up or the beginning of an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for movement.
