In this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up or the kickoff for a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy up.
