#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition through a sequence of hip mobility exercises, flowing seamlessly from one to the next. Near the conclusion, we’ll introduce some static stretches. If you plan to use this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As your mobility improves, you’ll likely observe better performance in your other workouts.
