**Hip Mobility + Glutes Class**

Today, we’ll concentrate on hip mobility while also aiming to strengthen the glutes as we progress through the exercises.

### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches to intensify the session. However, if you’re using this class as a warm-up for a longer strength workout, I suggest avoiding the static holds at the end to keep your energy flowing.
Mobility training is essential for maintaining your body’s optimal function and preventing injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you may find increased performance in your other workouts.
