#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring continuous movement all the while. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for a lengthier strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles prepared for action.
