### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches to intensify the effort. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
