#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
Throughout this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a dynamic flow all the while. Toward the conclusion, we’ll integrate a handful of static stretches to thoroughly open up the hips. However, if you plan to use this class as an extended warm-up or as a launching point for a longer strength training session, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for more vigorous activity.
