#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in several static stretches. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.

Mobility exercises are crucial for keeping your body functioning at its best and preventing injuries. As you work on your mobility, you may find improved performance in your other workouts as well.
