#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping the body engaged throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. However, if you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or as the beginning of a more intensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for higher intensity.
Mobility training is vital for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As your mobility enhances, you’re likely to experience improved performance in your other workouts too.
