### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to the next, ensuring the body stays in motion all along. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the kickoff for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
