#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up for an extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
