### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a lengthened warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion.

Mobility training is crucial for keeping a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably notice improved performance in your other workouts.
