### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body active throughout the class. Near the end, we will take it down a notch with some static stretches. If you’re using this class as a prolonged warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength routine, I suggest you skip the static holds at the end.

Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining a well-functioning body and preventing injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other fitness routines as well.
