#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Session Summary

In this session, we’ll transition continuously from one hip mobility routine to the next, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches to enhance the experience. However, if you’re using this session as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds.

Mobility work is essential for ensuring a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
