#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview

During this class, we will flow seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another. Towards the end, we will add a few static stretches to enhance the work done. However, if you plan to use this class as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the conclusion to keep your muscles ready for action.

Mobility exercises are essential for maintaining a body that operates at its best and remains free from injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts as well.
