### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

In this session, we’ll blend seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another. Toward the conclusion, we’ll integrate a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
