### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining continuous movement throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
