#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
In this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping your body in motion throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a longer warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength session, I suggest skipping the static holds towards the finish.
Mobility training is essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and remains injury-free. As you enhance your mobility, you may notice improvements in your performance during other workouts, too.
