### Hip Flexibility + Glute Strength Class
In this class, we’ll transition continuously between different hip flexibility sequences. Near the end, we’ll introduce a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a more extensive strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles warm and prepped for more intense movements.
Mobility exercises are essential for sustaining a body that operates at its best and avoids injuries. As you enhance your mobility, you’ll probably observe improved performance in your other workouts too.
