### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
During this class, we will seamlessly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, keeping the body engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll integrate some static stretching. If you are using this class as an extended warm-up or the beginning of a longer strength workout, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
