In this class, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring the body stays engaged throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll introduce a few static stretches to intensify the session. However, if you’re integrating this class into a longer strength routine or as a more thorough warm-up, I suggest bypassing the static holds at the end.
