### Hip Flexibility + Glute Activation Flow

In this workout, we will transition fluidly through a range of hip mobility movements, linking each sequence naturally. Toward the conclusion of the session, we’ll add some static stretches. If you’re using this as a warm-up for strength training, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
