### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class
In this session, we will move fluidly from one hip mobility series to the next, ensuring the movement remains dynamic throughout. Towards the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extensive warm-up or at the start of a more prolonged strength training session, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your energy flowing.
