### Class for Hip Mobility and Glute Activation

During this session, we will smoothly transition from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring a continuous flow of movement throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up before a strength training session, you’re welcome to skip the static holds at the end.
