#### Hip Mobility + Glute Session
During this class, we’ll smoothly transition from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring continuous movement all the way through. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up for a strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is crucial for keeping your body operating at its best and minimizing the risk of injury. Additionally, as your mobility progresses, you’ll likely find improved performance in your other workouts as well.
