### Hip Mobility & Glutes Workout

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a fluid flow throughout the class. At the end, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the conclusion.

Incorporating mobility exercises into your routine is vital for sustaining a well-functioning, injury-free body. Additionally, as your mobility improves, you’ll likely see better performance in your other workouts as well.
