### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class

During this session, we’ll transition seamlessly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring the movements remain dynamic throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you are utilizing this class as a longer warm-up prior to a strength workout, feel free to omit the static holds at the end.
