#### Glutes & Hip Mobility Sequence
During this class, we’ll transition continuously through a variety of hip mobility drills, seamlessly connecting one sequence to the next. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength training workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
Integrating mobility work into your regimen is essential for maintaining your body’s optimal performance and avoiding injuries. Furthermore, as your mobility enhances, you’ll likely observe improved results in your other workouts as well.
