### Hip Mobility & Glute Strengthening Class

#### What to Anticipate in This Class
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility sequence to another, keeping the movement going continuously. Near the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up for a more intense strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
Engaging in mobility work is critical for ensuring your body operates at its best and minimizing the risk of injury. Also, as you enhance your mobility, you may observe improved performance in your other workouts!
