In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, maintaining a dynamic flow throughout. Near the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches to enhance the effectiveness of the work. However, if you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up for an extended strength workout, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end to keep your muscles ready for action.
