#### Flow of Hip Mobility + Glutes
During this session, we will transition seamlessly from one hip mobility exercise to another, creating a cohesive workout. Toward the end, we will include several static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a more extensive strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Engaging in mobility work is crucial for ensuring your body performs at its best and minimizing the likelihood of injuries. Moreover, as your mobility enhances, you are likely to experience improved performance in your other workouts too.
