### Glutes and Hip Mobility Workout

During this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a continuous flow of movement throughout the class. Near the conclusion, we will add a few static stretches. If you are utilizing this as a prolonged warm-up before a strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
