### Lower Body Strength Circuit Workout

This 45-minute lower body strength circuit workout requires only one heavy weight—either a dumbbell or kettlebell—and an optional resistance band loop. The session features a guided warm-up and cool-down, with no jumping included. It’s simple to make adjustments by using a lighter weight, making it suitable for all fitness levels.

### Equipment Needed

– One heavy weight (I’m using a 20 lb dumbbell)
– (Optional) Resistance band loop

### Workout Structure

The session kicks off with a guided warm-up emphasizing mobility and dynamic movements to ready your body. After that, we transition into two distinct circuits:

– **Circuit 1** comprises four exercises.
– **Circuit 2** includes five exercises.

Each exercise is carried out for **45 seconds**, followed by **10 seconds of rest/transition time**. Once all exercises in a circuit are completed, you’ll rest for **30 seconds** before starting over.

– **Circuit 1** is done **four times** (twice on the right side, twice on the left).
– **Circuit 2** is performed **three times**.

You’ll get a **one-minute recovery** between the two circuits, but don’t hesitate to pause the video and take additional time if needed. Always pay attention to your body and adjust or stop as required.

The workout wraps up with a guided cool-down and stretch.
