### Glutes + Hip Mobility Flow
In this class, we’ll seamlessly transition through a variety of hip mobility exercises, linking one sequence to another. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Engaging in mobility work is vital for maintaining your body’s optimal functionality and reducing the risk of injuries. Additionally, as you enhance your mobility, you’ll likely observe improved performance in other workouts too.
