#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Flow
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring a continuous flow throughout. Towards the end, we’ll add a couple of static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a prolonged warm-up before a strength training session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
