### Glutes & Hip Mobility Workout
In this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, maintaining a fluid movement throughout. Towards the end, we’ll include a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, you can skip the static holds at the conclusion.
Integrating mobility exercises into your regimen is essential for keeping your body functioning at its best and minimizing the chance of injury. Additionally, as your mobility enhances, you may notice improved performance in your other workouts as well.
