#### Hip Mobility + Glutes Class Overview
During this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility sequence to another, ensuring ongoing movement throughout. Toward the conclusion of the session, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this class as an extended warm-up or as the initiation of a longer strength routine, I suggest skipping the static holds at the end.
