### What You’ll Experience in This Class

During this session, we will transition fluidly through various hip mobility routines, maintaining a continuous movement flow. At the conclusion, we’ll introduce some static stretching. If you’re using this class as a warm-up prior to a more extensive strength session, you may opt to skip the static holds at the end.
