#### Flow of Hip Mobility + Glute Activation

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility routine to another, ensuring a constant flow throughout the class. As we approach the end, we’ll add a couple of static stretches. If you’re using this class as a warm-up for a longer strength training session, you can opt to skip the static holds at the end.
