#### Hip Mobility + Glute Flow

During this session, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another while maintaining a seamless flow. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re utilizing this session as an extended warm-up for a strength workout, you can choose to skip the static holds at the end.
