### Class Overview
In this session, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring a continuous flow of movement. Toward the conclusion, we’ll add in some static stretches. If you’re utilizing this class as a warm-up before a more extensive strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the end.
