### **Hip Mobility + Glute Strengthening Session**

In this class, we’ll transition fluidly from one hip mobility routine to the next, ensuring steady movement throughout the session. Towards the end, we will include a few static stretches. If you’re using this workout as an extended warm-up prior to a strength session, feel free to skip the static holds at the conclusion.
