### Hip Mobility + Glutes Session
In this class, we’ll transition smoothly from one hip mobility flow to the next, ensuring that the movement remains continuous throughout. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add in a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as an extended warm-up prior to a strength workout, you’re welcome to skip the static holds.
