### Hip Mobility & Glutes Class
During this session, we will transition smoothly from one hip mobility exercise to another, ensuring the movement remains fluid throughout the class. Towards the conclusion, we’ll add a few static stretches. If you’re using this session as a warm-up for a more extended strength workout, feel free to skip the static holds.
